Federal Government recognizes Geothermal energy in sustainability initiative. The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 provides 30% tax credit of total system costs for residential and a 10% tax credit for commercial geothermal systems.

March 5-6, 2010 - Kevin Maher, our managing member, will be presenting at the UMass Amherst Continuing and Professional Education Series - 2-day workshop on Geothermal and GSHP's.

Geothermal and groundwater heat pumps are an important part of any renewable energy portfolio but they are often overlooked while wind and solar garner all of the attention.  This workshop provides an excellent forum to learn about the ground portion of this technology and the regulatory environment in New England.  Details are available at  http://www.umassulearn.net/programs/green-programs/geothermal-heat-pumps
